Office Space

Butte County Business Center offers rentable office space for businesses or individuals to lease. Leases are typically for a year and are negotiated with the Butte County Business Center Administrator and the Butte County Board of Commissioners.  Leased office spaces are leased for $0.99 per square foot per month. In addition to a monthly payment, a utility fee is charged at $0.27 per square foot to cover the cost of energy used during the month.

Commercial Kitchen

This high-quality commercial kitchen can be used for the preparation of foods for commercial purposes by those with the correct credentials for commercial food preparation.  The kitchen is certified through the State of Idaho Health Department.

The kitchen features two large convection ovens, a commercial-sized refrigerator and freezer, an industrial dishwasher, 6 place gas range with oven, a commercial 3-place sink, a separate food preparation sink, a commercial food processor, a commercial mixer, and a variety of cookware and cooking tools, as well as table service.

At this time the commercial kitchen is currently not available to be rented.  Butte County Business Center has leased the kitchen to the Atomic Potato Chip Co.  With licensing through the Health Department, the kitchen is off-limits for others to rent the kitchen.
